Your cart is empty

Here is what you can expect once your purchase has been confirmed:

  1. You will immediately receive an order confirmation email in your inbox (if you don't, please check your spam inbox as sometimes it lands up there!) If you don't receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, please let us know on: support@tributestore.co.za
  2. Our warehouse for picking & packing orders operates from 9:00 - 16:00 on weekdays only. If your order is placed over a weekend or public holiday it will be prepared first thing the following working day. For all orders placed before 10:00 it will likely be shipped at 15:00 that afternoon. If your order is placed after 10:00 it will likely be shipped the following morning at 11:00.
  3. All items available online are also available at our showroom, 18 Toffee Lane, Claremont, Cape Town. The fulfilment centre and showroom are the same premises. Prices and quantities are identical. 
  4. Our courier operates 9:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday and on Saturdays during peak season. 
  5. The moment your order leaves us you will receive a notification via email with your tracking link and courier details. You will constantly receive updates on your shipment status so that you know exactly when to expect your parcel. 
  6. For all order, fulfilment and tracking queries you can message us on support@tributestore.co.za OR click on the Chat icon on the bottom right of your screen. We answer all queries as quickly as possible.
