Delivery Times
Return Policy
Your return is subject to the following:
- Both refunds and exchanges must be logged / requested here within 7 days from date of delivery of your purchase.
- To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must contain the original tags.
- Sale & Promo items will not be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.
- If you qualify for a refund, you will be refunded according to your original method of payment.
- Returning for an Exchange? Your first exchange is also on us! We will pay for both the collection and the delivery of your replacement item. Anything after that will be charged at R100 per courier. You'll have 7 days from delivery of your exchanged item to tell us if you'd like to return / exchange it.
- Returning for a refund? Refund pick ups will be charged at R100 per pick up. This amount will be deducted when your refund payment is paid back to you.
- We no longer offer store credit.

- Exchanges are packed and prepared the moment your exchange request is submitted, and dispatched once your original order is received and inspected.
- Refund to your original payment method can take 1-5 working days to process, and may take an additional 2-3 working days to reflect in your account.
