Shipping & Delivery
Standard shipping takes 2-4 business days, and express shipping takes 1-2 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and constant updates as it changes status . You can use it to track your package here

Yes! We offer free delivery on all orders over R999.
Returns & Exchanges
You can return items within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. More info about our returns policy here
You can log a return here or contact our customer support team, and we’ll guide you through the return/exchange process.
Refund to your original payment method can take 1-5 working days to process, and may take an additional 2-3 working days to reflect in your account.
Returning for an Exchange? Your first exchange is also on us! We will pay for both the collection and the delivery of your replacement item. Anything after that will be charged at R100 per courier. You'll have 7 days from delivery of your exchanged item to tell us if you'd like to return / exchange it.
Returning for a refund? Refund pick ups will be charged at R100 per pick up. This amount will be deducted when your refund payment is paid back to you.
Alternatively we can issue you store credit instead.
