Our Fulfilment & Shipping Process

All of our products sold online are either in our Cavendish store, our Claremont warehouse or custom made right here in Cape Town if not available immediately. 

Here is the step-by-step process as soon as your payment is made:
  1. You will immediately receive an order confirmation email in your inbox (if you don't, please check your spam inbox as sometimes it lands up there!)
  2. Our warehouse for picking & packing orders operates from 9:00 - 17:00 on weekdays. If your order is placed over a weekend or public holiday it will be prepared first thing the next weekday morning. For all orders placed before 10:00 it will likely be shipped at 15:00 that afternoon. If your order is placed after 10:00 it will likely be shipped the following morning at 10:00.
  3. For imported items, we have it readily available and the picking and packing is quick. General fulfilment on imported items is under 24hours.
  4. For locally made items, if the item isn't in our warehouse we will make your order and although our turnaround time is quick the production takes between 24 - 72 hours. 
  5. Our courier operates 9:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday. 
  6. The moment it leaves us you will receive a notification via email with your tracking time and courier details. You will constantly receive updates on your shipment status so that you know exactly when to be home for your parcel. 
  7. For all order, fulfilment and tracking queries you can message us on tributesa@gmail.com or click on the Facebook Messenger icon on the bottom right of your screen that says "message us". We have a quick response rate and we'll hopefully be able to answer all your questions!
