Our Fulfilment & Shipping Process

The courier charges for all orders above R1500 are on us. Standard shipping for orders R1500 and below is R99.

Returning for an Exchange? Your first exchange is also on us. We will pay for both the collection and the delivery of your replacement item. Anything after that will be charged at R100 per courier. You'll have 7 days from delivery of your exchanged item to tell us if you'd like to return / exchange it.

Returning for a refund?
Refund pick ups will be charged at R100 per pick up. This amount will be deducted when your refund payment is paid back to you.

Here is what you can expect once your purchase has been confirmed:

You will immediately receive an order confirmation email in your inbox (if you don't, please check your spam inbox as sometimes it lands up there!) If you don't receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, please let us know on: support@tributestore.co.za
Our warehouse for picking & packing orders operates from 9:00 - 16:00 on weekdays only. If your order is placed over a weekend or public holiday it will be prepared first thing the following working day. For all orders placed before 10:00 it will likely be shipped at 15:00 that afternoon. If your order is placed after 10:00 it will likely be shipped the following morning at 11:00.
All items available online are also available at our showroom, 18 Toffee Lane, Claremont, Cape Town. The fulfilment centre and showroom are the same premises. Prices and quantities are identical.
Our courier operates 9:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday and on Saturdays during peak season.
The moment your order leaves us you will receive a notification via email with your tracking link and courier details. You will constantly receive updates on your shipment status so that you know exactly when to expect your parcel.
