Your return is subject to the following:

  1. Both refunds and exchanges must be logged / requested here within 7 days from date of delivery of your purchase.
  2. To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the item must be unused and in its original condition.
  3. The item must contain the original tags.
  4. Sale & Promo items will not be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.
  5. If you qualify for a refund, you will be refunded according to your original method of payment.
COSTS INVOLVED: All deliveries of orders are on us! 
  1. Returning for an Exchange? Your first exchange is also on us! We will pay for both the collection and the delivery of your replacement item. Anything after that will be charged at R100 per courier. You'll have 7 days from delivery of your exchanged item to tell us if you'd like to return / exchange it.  
  2. Returning for a refund? Refund pick ups will be charged at R100 per pick up. This amount will be deducted when your refund payment is paid back to you.
  3. We no longer offer store credit. 

    If your return meets the above requirements, here is what you can expect from our process: 
    1. Log your return or exchange here. You'll be asked to enter your order number and email address. Please ensure that you are eligible for a return as the process will not continue if your return falls out of the stipulated returns policy deadlines. Please select your return options: exchange for another size, another item, or refund via your original payment method. 

    2.  Prepare the return parcel: Please pack the product in either the original packaging or in a suitable box / flyer bag to protect the products. 

    3. Collection: We will notify the couriers to collect the order. This is usually collected the same day, or the following business day. VERY IMPORTANT: You'll receive a PDF waybill on email to print and include with your return parcel (please keep your eye on your spam folder). 

    4. Receive & Review: When the package arrives back at the warehouse, the items will be inspected before the refund or exchange is authorised. This process can take up to 2 days after arrival at our warehouse for your original payment to be reversed or a replacement item to be sent.
    • Exchanges are packed and prepared the moment your exchange request is submitted, and dispatched once your original order is received and inspected. 
    • Refund to your original payment method can take 1-5 working days to process, and may take an additional 2-3 working days to reflect in your account. 
    If your return does not meet the requirements and is rejected, we will get in touch and let you know why and to arrange to have the item couriered back to you.
